本文分析了欧洲国家非遗保护案例以及对广州非遗保护的启示。考虑到非物质文化遗产门类丰富、保护方式众多，本文选取威尼斯狂欢节、苏格兰格子法案和法国美食文化，从节日习俗、民俗、饮食三个方面分析其不同的保护、传承发展模式，并选取广州类似的非遗案例进行对比分析，这有助于将优秀的国际经验借鉴到广州非遗保护模式中。
