本研究选取10个具有影响力和代表性的视频网站作为研究对象,对其社会责任指标体系进行测量,结果表明我国视频网站社会责任的总体履行情况为中等略偏上。在一级指标中,“信息生产”指标得分较高,其余“社会监督”“文化教育”“协调关系”指标得分均较低。对“信息生产”责任进行分析,发现在二级指标“信息质量”中,“真实”履行得最好,“原创”水平最差;二级指标“流程控制”之下,“信息把关”“广告控制”得分差异明显,“侵权控制”整体表现较好。目前视频网站信息生产中内容低俗问题较严重、内容同质化现象较突出、内容碎片化趋势较明显、内容商业化气息较浓厚。据此本研究提出以下对策:整顿低俗视频,净化网络视频传播空间;运用数据调查和分析技术,高效生产优质内容;重视原创的力量,走内容差异化竞争之路;深度加工整合信息,强化信息的解释引导功能。
<<This study selected ten influential and representative video websites as the researc hobjects,and the rating is on indexsystem of social responsibility. The resultss how that:in the overall level of video websites for the implementation of the social responsibilityis in the medium. In all kinds of social responsibility,the information production responsibility has been fulfilled fine,but the rest of functions such as social coordination,cultural education and social supervision responsibility have not been fully played. When analyzing information production responsibility,The study shows in the index of the information quality,realhas been performed the best,but original has been performed the worst. In the index of the process control of information production,there are great differences between websites about information check and advertising control,but the websites perform well about infringement control overall. There are the following problems in the current video content production:vulgarization、homogeneity、fragmentation、commercialization. On the basis of this study,we propose the following countermeasures:rectifing the vulgar videos,and purifing the network video communication space;adopting the technology of data investigation and analysis,and producting high-quality content efficiently;Attaching great importance to the power of the original,and going the way of content differentiation competition;processing and integrating information deeply,and strengthening the explaining and guiding functions of the information.
