微信自媒体作为新媒体最具代表性的成员之一,展现出发展快、影响广、作用大的特点,应履行相应的社会责任。按照统一建构的新媒体社会责任指标体系,评价分析结果显示微信自媒体公众号社会责任承担缺失,如原创性和深度性不足、版权无法得到保障,监督内容与定位不符、监管机制存在隐患,文化教育内容缺乏、娱乐内容把关不严、线上线下互动效果较差等问题。因此,微信自媒体公众号要增强社会责任,应重视以下几方面:在信息生产方面,需要提高信息内容原创性和深度性,加强对新闻内容的把关;社会监督方面,需要结合定位拓展社会监督的领域和渠道,倡导正确舆论导向;文化娱乐方面,需要传递与传承先进文化,提升娱乐健康水平;协调关系方面,需要提升社交互动效果,实现与公众的良性互动。
<<Since WeChat we media public account as one of the most representative members of the new media,showing the development of fast,wide influence,features a large role,should perform more extensively social responsibility. According to the new media social responsibility index system which is built in our project,the evaluation analysis shows thatWeChat we media public accountare performing lack of their social responsibility,such as originality and lack of depth,rights can’t be guaranteed,supervision does not match the content and location,the existence of hidden regulatory mechanisms,the lack of cultural and educational content,entertainment not strict,poor online and offline interactive effect,and so on. Therefore,improving strategies to enhance WeChat we media public account’ social responsibility are proposed,which contain that they need to improve the information content of originality and depth,to strengthen the news content of the check;requires a combination of positioning to expand areas and channels of social supervision,promote the correct guidance of public opinion;transfer advanced culture and heritage,enhance the entertainment level of health;enhance the effect of social interaction,positive interaction with the public.
