本文将传统媒体微博作为研究对象,对8家有代表性的报纸的微博的社会责任进行评估,并重点关注“信息生产”维度的责任表现。研究发现,传统媒体微博在“信息生产”维度承担社会责任情况整体较好。“信息质量”七个维度的具体表现从好到差依次为:真实、客观、时效、权威、深度、全面、原创;“流程控制”三个维度的具体表现从好到差依次为:广告控制、侵权控制、信息把关。《人民日报》的微博在积极承担社会责任方面发挥了“排头兵”的引领作用。部分媒体微博在信息生产与传播活动中仍存在价值取向娱乐化、选题内容同质化、责任承担形式化、舆论引导缺失等问题。传统媒体微博应提高从业者的责任意识,加强内容建设,坚持质量为先,通过流程控制确保新闻真实,增强内容的深度性、原创性和引导性。
<<This research comments the social responsibility of traditional media micro-blog in the aspect of Information Production and takes eight representative newspaper micro-blog as cases to evaluate their social responsibility. The result shows that the overall of traditional media micro-blog undertaking social responsibility in information production is in the good range. The level of fulfillment of seven dimensions of information quality from high to low is as follows:authenticity,objectivity,timeliness,authority,depth,comprehensiveness,originality. The level of performance of three dimensions of process control from high to low is as follows:advertising control,infringement control,information control. “People’s Daily” micro-blog plays a vanguard role in the performance of social responsibility. In information production and communication,Some media micro-blog has the following problems:the entertainment tendency of value orientation,the homogeneity of content,the formalization of undertaking social responsibility and the lack of guidance of public opinion. Traditional media micro-blog should enhance the sense of responsibility of practitioners,strengthen content construction,adhere to the quality first and enhance the authenticity,depth,originality and guidance of the content.
