This report analyzes the current situations and future work of improving Party conduct，constructing clean-governance and fighting corruption in Higher-Education Institutions. This report first summarizes the main problems：some leaders don’t pay enough attention to the clean-governance construction in higher-education institutions；the rent-seeking behavior is still severe in some areas；higher-education institutions have many collective corruptions；and the intersection between local management and vertical management leads to some vacuum of supervision. Against these problems，the report proposes the following advice：constructing clean-governance should be paid more attention；the mechanism of power supervision should be improved；the Four Ways of Enforcing Party Discipline should be better implemented；the system of accountability should be updated；the institutions for discipline inspection should be reformed；and the methods of education，network and cultural construction should be unified.
