The strategy of out of poverty as a whole in continuous destitute areas is an important part of China’s poverty alleviation system. This strategy is based on the present social and economic situation and the characteristics of the natural environment in poor areas，which has combined the poverty and region，poverty alleviation and development，poverty and sharing together. The effect of this reduction strategy has already begun to appear，and the effect of poverty alleviation of poverty has begun to gradually show too.
