The reform and innovation of China’s poverty reduction mechanism system has been going together with the whole process of poverty reduction in China. Further reforms and innovations are required in the mechanisms and institutions for poverty reduction in the area of assessment mechanism of poor counties，targeting poverty alleviation intervention mechanism，working mechanism of cadres assisting in poor villages，financial service mechanism，fund management mechanism and social participation mechanism. In recent two years，the six aspects of reform and innovation has made great achievements，but there are still some problems，which are suggested to further reform and improve in the future.
