Poverty alleviation through industrialization improving the ability of the development of the poor population and realizing the poverty alleviation. It is important to promote the economic development in poor areas. By reviewing the recent policies，combined analysis on the specific practice，we summarize and analyze the key measures，organization models，benefit affiliating mechanisms，the main achievements and exsiting problems of China’s industrial poverty reduction in the current stage.
