    2016年中国食品药品安全形势报告

    摘要

    食品药品安全关系每一个人的身体健康和生命安全,党和政府对食品药品安全高度重视,已将食品安全上升为国家战略。2016年是“十三五”规划开局之年,是全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段。《食品安全法》正式实施一周年,食品安全法律框架日趋完善,食品安全监督抽检合格率稳步提升,食品安全犯罪案件逐步减少。药品医疗器械审评审批加速,仿制药一致性评价工作全面开展,政府鼓励药品创新力度不断加大。目前,中国食品药品安全基础依然薄弱,问题易发多发,人民群众的安全感和满意度还不高,保障食品药品安全任务依然艰巨。

    Abstract

    Food and drug safety is important for keeping healthy and maintaining good quality of life. Both the Party and government give high priority on food and drug safety,which becomes a national level policy agenda. The year of 2016 is the beginning year of the 13th Five-Year Plan,which is also the decisive stage for the establishment of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. In 2016,the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China has been implemented for one year. The legal framework has been improved,the qualification rate of food sampling examination has been increased,and the criminal cases against violation of the Food Safety Law have been reduced. The medicine and medical device review and approval process has been accelerated,the consistency evaluation of generic drugs has been fully promoted,and government incentive toward medicine innovation has been fully launched. However,on the other hand,there still exist many problems regarding food and drug safety,people are far from satisfied with the food and drug safety and administration,and the task of insuring food and drug safety still has a long way to go.
