The year of 2016 is a critical year for the implementation of deepening comprehensive reform in the field of education. The function of education in the areas of protecting social equality，improving social well-being，and promoting social economic development is strengthened. A series of policies and measures for improving information disclosure，regulating education administration，and constructing stable social situation，have been incorporated into daily administrative operation. The Thirteenth Five Year Plan of National Education Development will have long term impact for China’s education development.
