Since 2016，China’s economy has been facing a descending pressure，however，the employment situation remains stable，the residents’ income is still increasing steadily in both the rural and urban areas. The sharing economy leads and promotes the employment rate effectively and the employment structure is also improving. However，some of the industries are facing challenges due to its transformation and upgrading of the employment in the following year；the transformation and upgrading of the traditional industries and the resource-based area will also bring a certain impact on the stability of employment. In 2017，a number of policies will be established when China’s macroeconomic is getting better which is aiming to further stabilize the employment situation. At meanwhile，the complex economic and political situations are caused both internationally and domestically which will intensify the uncertainty of the employment situation next year. Therefore it is essential to further reform the labor market system，to increase support to internet plus as a representative of the emerging economic development，to actively settle the resource-based regional employment and strengthening the vocational training program for the re-employment project in order to achieve the growth for both of the employment and income.
