The global economy has not yet stepped out of the adjustment period which follows the world economic complex crisis. From the angle of the economic super-long cycle，current world economy is in the process during which the previous round of ultra-long cycle is over，and a new round of ultra-long cycle is being nurtured. Today，when analyzing the world economic situation，it is generally difficult to identify the time point when the world scientific and technological industrial revolution，the most important factor that is decisive to the new round of ultra-long cycle happens. When the new round of ultra-long cycle of the world economy comes，low growth，or even zero growth，negative growth of the world economy will be the normal state. In 2016，the performance of China’s foreign trade is adequately qualified. It is expected that China’s exports will be stabilized and China’s imports may continue to be the existing level.
