Within the first three quarters of 2016，the industrial economy is becoming stabilized and the industrial structure tends to be improved. There are lots of new regional growth points that have been appeared due to the promotion of the major regional strategy from the state. The business conditions and industrial enterprises have been improved and the profitability has been also greatly enhanced. The current situation of China’s industrial economy is still severe. However，the pressure of the substantial descending on industrial economy has been largely eased. China’s industrial enterprises still have strong international competitiveness and the business environment on the other hand has to be improved. The state has to pay more attention in the next three aspects：firstly，to strengthening the economic regulation and decrease the system risk；secondly，to improve the enterprise environment and to optimize the industrial ecology；thirdly，to support the enterprise innovation and to promote its transformation and upgrading.
