文化部与中央文明办自2013年开始组织实施的全国基层文化志愿服务活动,“以扎根基层,服务群众”为主要内容,通过动员各地各单位,依托公共文化设施、文化惠民工程、节日纪念日等开展基层文化志愿服务活动,形成了一批具有广泛社会影响力的品牌项目,畅通了社会力量参与文化志愿服务的渠道。本文介绍了辽宁省图书馆扶残助残、传递社会关爱的“手语世界”、东莞市长安镇全民阅读的“榕树下文化空间”、浙江省文化馆关爱贫困山区留守儿童的“爱心拉拉钩”、克拉玛依展览馆的“红领巾讲解员夏令营”、密云县扶助弱势群体的“文化暖心、点亮生活”、服务于弱势群体的“湖南农民工春节联欢晚会”、重庆市巴南区互联互通平台“公共文化物联网”、贵州省“笨小孩”真人图书馆和银川市“百名文化专家和百名文化辅导员走基层”等典型案例,具体展现了我国基层文化志愿服务活动的开展情况及其经验与成效。
<<The Ministry of Culture and the Central Civilization Office launched the cultural volunteer service activities of grassroots in 2013. Taking the “Rooted in the Grassroots,Serving the Masses” as the main contents,it has formed a group of extensive social influence brands and smoothed the social forces to participate in cultural volunteer service. This paper introduces 6 typical cases from Liaoning provincial library,Changan Town in Dongguan City,Zhejiang Provincial Culture Center,Kelamayi Exhibition Center,Miyun County in Beijing,Banan District in Chongqing,Hunan province,Guizhou Provincial Library and Yinchuan Province to show the experiences and effectiveness of the cultural volunteer service activities of grassroots in China.
