Xiamen is the city to carry out voluntary service activities earlier in China. Cultural volunteer service in Xiamen features as rich contents and forms，highlighting the advantages to communicate with Taiwan district，focusing on grassroots and volunteer self-management and so on. By the chance of creating “National Public Cultural Demonstration Zone”，Xiamen strengthens the construction of cultural volunteer teams.
