Cultural volunteer service of Yantai started in 1994 and standardized in 2014. Cultural volunteers are important forces to promote the construction of public cultural service system of Yantai. The positive exploration has been carried on in many aspects，such as establishing mechanism，strengthening organizational security，highlighting the characteristic theme，expanding the service project and extending to grassroots.
