Since 2011，based on the standardized management，the organizational and institutional construction of cultural volunteer service has made great advances；based on the brand building，the influence of cultural volunteer service has expanded；based on the ability enhance，the cultural volunteer service teams building has been strengthened in Zhejiang Province. By 2015，there are more than 50，000 volunteers to serve on various cultural activities. The cultural volunteers have become the important force of mass cultural activities，and play an increasingly important role in public cultural services in Zhejiang province.
