国家博物馆文化志愿服务管理模式和制度建设的发展历程可以分为三个阶段:2002~2006年“从开放服务到开放心态”的模式建立,2007~2010年“从完善个体到完善群体”的模式建立,以及2011年至今的“从人性管理到制度管理”的模式转换。新形势下国家博物馆志愿服务工作的重点是适应博物馆事业发展的需要,打造更加完善的志愿服务平台,建设一支国际一流的志愿者团队。
<<The development history for the management model and system construction of cultural volunteer service of National Museum of China can be divided into three stages:between 2002 and 2006,the model of the ‘open service and open mind’ was established;between 2007 and 2010,the transformation of ‘from improving individuals to improving the community’;since 2011,the development model of ‘from the human management to system management’. Under the new situation,the focus of the volunteer service works in National Museum of China should meet the new needs,improve to build a more perfect volunteer service platform and the volunteer team with international level.
