The cultural volunteer service of cultural center is an important part of cultural volunteer service in China. The cultural volunteer services of cultural centers show the main features such as project applying，team specialization，public services equalization，activities normalization，management administrativization. It has formed three service models in the practices：the model of systematization and organized，the model of project-oriented and the model of autonomous，the social and the civil. The measures for promoting the development of the cultural volunteer service of cultural centers should be strengthening the legalization，digitalization，standardization，specialization，socialization and enhancing the social influence.
