The United States and Canada have attracted a large number of overseas students by virtue of high-quality educational resources and a sound educational system. Although both are the most popular destinations for studying abroad in North America，they focus on shaping their own policies for attracting overseas students in recent years，which covering a range of studying，working and migration. This report provides an overview of the current status for foreign students studying in the United States and Canada in 2015，with an emphasis on the situation and prospects of Chinese students particularly.
