Design service industry is the main driving force of innovation oriented country，the United States as an up and comer，the design developed fast and have an important influence on other countries. This paper mainly studies the development of the United States design of the service industry，and from the relevant government organizations，industry associations，creative companies and so on，studies the external and internal factors of its rapid development. Get inspiration from it to guide the design of China’s service industry，and predicts the future direction of development.
