作为《保护非物质文化遗产公约》及相关国际文件中的重要概念和高频词汇之一,“社区”在非遗保护与传承中具有重要作用。但在相当长的时间内,学界对非遗语境下的“社区”概念并没有明确的解释,这直接影响到对非遗“社区参与”保护理念的正确理解,甚至限制了“社区/社区参与”保护实践的开展。基于此,我们在综述“社区”概念的社会学起源与演变基础上,提出了“社区”的本质特征在于联结民众的社会关系及作为其载体的地域空间的观点。鉴于民俗类非遗明显的群体传承特征,我们以妈祖信俗为例来说明妈祖信众群体通过何种关系相联结,并以此限定妈祖信俗非遗“社区”的地域范围。期望通过对“社区”本质特征的把握与理解,促进非遗语境中“社区”理念的更新,从而为今后“社区参与”非遗保护理念指导下的实践活动提供相应借鉴,丰富和完善“后申遗时期”我国非遗保护实践。
<<“Community”,as the most important concept and one of the high-frequency words in Convention on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage,plays a leading role in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage(ICH). In the current context of ICH,the ambiguity of the concept of “community” directly affects the correct understanding of the concept of “community participation” in educational circles,and even restricts the development of protection of “community/community participation”. The author summarizes the origin and evolution of the concept of “community” in the field of sociology. We think that when defining the essence of “community”,it needs to combine the social relations which is connected with the public with the regional space. In the last part,a case study of the Mazu belief and customs is used to illustrate how the “community” in the ICH sense is constructed through different social relations by its believers. Through these efforts,the author expects to update the idea of “community” and provides the reference for the future protection of ICH under the guidance of “community participation”.
