    2015~2016年微博热点事件网民心态分析

    摘要

    互联网交流已成为人们日常生活中的重要组成部分,伴随着大量的语言出现在微博、微信朋友圈等社交媒体上,社交媒体上的文本信息作为一种新的社会文化的载体,是理解当前社会心态的一个非常好的途径。每年的网络热点事件涉及社会现实的多个层面,参与人群多样,是一段时间内的社会现实和大众心态的集中反映。本报告以2015年6月至2016年7月微博热门讨论事件为对象,通过基于语词计量的文本分析,探索网民情绪和态度倾向的总体状况。结果发现:①网络热点事件参与讨论程度主要受到当地居民消费水平的影响,当地居民消费水平越高,对热点事件的参与越积极;②网民的注意力很容易被热点事件调动起来,往往不存在任何预热便让事件的讨论快速传遍网络,同时网民的注意力也消散迅速,一般持续在24~72小时之间;③网民在民生政策调整、反腐案件办理、公众人物言论等事件中都表现出较为理性客观的态度,只要不是对人身安全、切身利益的直接威胁,网民对热点事件均能够进行冷静、严肃的讨论。总体而言,2015年至2016年上半年网民心态整体为冷静客观,但在严重威胁自身安全的恶性犯罪、食品信息安全等问题上,表现出强烈的情绪宣泄,并期待政府重视和干预。

    Abstract

    With the increasing popularity of the Internet,the public opinion online has been important channel to show collective emotions,attitudes and values. As the annual network hot events attracted various attention from different social classes,the events can reflect social reality and public attitude in a period of time. This report based on the hot events discussed on microblog from July 2015 to July 2016,explored Chinese internet users’ mood attitude through computer text analysis. Results show that:①The number of participants in the discussion of the hot events were mainly correlated with the consumption level of the local residents. The higher the local residents’ consumption level were,the lager number of participants involved in the hot events discussion. ②Internet users’ attention were easily activated by hot events,there were often no preheating so that event discussion quickly spread throughout the network,while the attention of Internet users also dissipated quickly,generally lasted between 24~72 hours. ③Internet users had shown a more rational and objective attitude were the people’s livelihood policy adjustment,anti-corruption cases,public figures and other events except these events directly threaten their vital interests. In a word,most of users’ attitude were calm and objective. However,in a serious threat to their own safety vicious crime and food information security issues,they showed intense emotional catharsis,and strong expectation for government’s attention and intervention.
