Capitalist countries carried through some adjustments and improvements since World War II. This is the result of long period struggles by working class and other labor peoples. And it is also made by Marxism’s revealing and critic to capitalism and socialist countries’ model effect. On the other hand，the progress of technology and productivity，the increasing socialization，internationalization and globalization of production and the development of state monopoly capitalism and extra-state monopoly capitalism of western advanced countries provide more and more sufficient social-historic conditions for socialism. At the same time，these also constitute huge pressures and serious challenges to world socialism. Only by learn from advanced civilization fruits of capitalist countries and reply to challenges made by the steady development of capitalism，can we push forward the healthy development of world socialism during the twenty-first century.
