China’s Internet development has entered a new stage，the Internet governance has entered a new normal in 2015. This paper reviews the Beijing Internet public opinion situation in 2015 based on that Beijing good ecological network public opinion field is formed，relying on the network interactive platform for service gradually reach a，Beijing Internet public opinion is the reality of public opinion in the network version. The author believes that the Internet is not only a technical platform，it should also maintain its own philosophy and logic，which is an important aspect of Internet Governance in Beijing should not be ignored.
