To understand Beijing residents’ cognition and focus of “Peking-Tianjin-Hebei Synergetic Development” strategy and the related polities，as well as their possible behavior choice to response to policy changes，Beijing Institute of Letters to Government conducted questionnaire survey on the hot issues of “Peking-Tianjin-Hebei Synergetic Development” in September 2015. The results shows that with low cognition of “Peking-Tianjin-Hebei Synergetic Development”，most of the public affirm the positive influence of the policy，but a few residents still worry about the possible passive benefit changes brought by this policy. Industrial development and public service are the two biggest concerns of the residents. More than half of the residents support the synergetic development strategy and the young and middle-aged groups are most positive.
