社区共治是当下北京社区建设的新趋势，以社区服务满足社区居民需求是社区治理的新途径。对社区服务状况的分析，可以从社区面临的客观问题、社区居民的服务需求以及社区内外的潜在资源供给三个角度展开。在此，本报告以朝阳区弘善家园社区为例，运用社区问题-居民需求-资源供给三维分析框架，对社区居民需求及服务问题展开分析，并据此链接内外资源，有针对性地解决这类问题。
