With the rapid progress of Chinese Urbanization process，the land requisitionis more and more common，and the landless peasants’ life security become an important social problem. In recent years，the government has attached more and more importance to the landless peasants. Beijing government enacted the working regulationsof improving the over working age landless peasants’retirement and health security in 2005，the security increased emphasis that solving the landless peasants’ security problems is an important part of government’s job. Employment is the basic of security，now the employment situation of landless peasants present a variety of forms，a large number of working in low-end industries，seriously structural Unemployment，the limitation of entrepreneurship. So to secure the sustainable life of the life of them，we should appeal reformation of the land requisition system，increase the proportion of arranging employment，establish social security system of landless peasants，so that it can make sure they have equal treatment with city residents.
