本文对2015年北京市社会建设的基本情况进行了总结，对“十三五”时期社会治理规划编制过程、总体思路、主要内容进行了说明，明确了2016年全市社会建设工作六个方面的主要任务。北京市的社会建设在“十二五”收官之年站在更高的历史起点上，全面实现《北京市“十二五”时期社会建设规划纲要》确定的“五个更加、一个广泛覆盖”的目标。在此基础上，北京社会建设将进一步深化。
<<The paper summarizes the basic circumstance of the social building of 2015 in Beijing，it describes the “13th Five-Year” period of social governance planning process，the general idea and main content，and it also defines the main tasks of social construction in 2016. The social building in Beijing has got a higher historical starting point for its achievement of the goal set by “the outline of social construction planning in Beijing in 12th Five-Year plan. On this basis，the social governance in Beijing will be further deepened.
