To gradually simplify workflow and further realize automation in public services among the agencies，the Administration and Civil Service Bureau presented a consultation document on the overall planning of e-government between 2015 and 2019. This article provides suggestions on improving e-government planning based on analyses on certain principal indicators of e-government in Macao in 2014 and 2015 and summary on the main contents of the consultation document and comments from citizens and legislators.
