In this study，we investigated 1247 college students with the major of sports science，sociology and law from three universities in Beijing.We mainly analyzed the college students’ evaluation on social influence between Beijing Olympics Games and London Olympic Games，including international status，international cooperation，the host country’s ability to mobilize the public’s public participation，foreigners’ positive understanding of host country，the public’s understanding of other countries，the public’s participation in sport activities，and healthy lifestyle，etc.The results revealed that，for college students in Beijing，there were significant differences in their evaluation on social influence between Beijing Olympics Games and London Olympics Games；for students with different disciplinary background，their evaluation were also different.
