2015年,我国劳动关系总体稳定。劳动争议较往年有所增加;农民工权益保护取得成效但仍存不足;劳动争议仲裁工作量增大但效率提升;劳动法制建设与现实需求仍有差距;劳动力市场的安全性和灵活性有待平衡;集体劳动关系建设需要进一步推进,工会的角色和作用期待进一步明确和提升。

Cases of labour disputes increased compared with previous years;progress has been made in terms of protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers,but much is still left to be done;while there are more cases of labour disputes,handling efficiency was enhanced;there is still a gap between labour law making at the current stage and actual demand;the security and flexibility of the labour market still needs to be balanced;the construction of collective labour relations needs further promotion;the role and influence of labour unions need to be further specified and enhanced.
