In 2015，labour relations remained stable on the whole. Cases of labour disputes increased compared with previous years；progress has been made in terms of protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers，but much is still left to be done；while there are more cases of labour disputes，handling efficiency was enhanced；there is still a gap between labour law making at the current stage and actual demand；the security and flexibility of the labour market still needs to be balanced；the construction of collective labour relations needs further promotion；the role and influence of labour unions need to be further specified and enhanced.
