为了解、掌握所属会员单位2015年经营状况，并对人力资源服务产业现状和发展趋势进行深入探讨，中国对外服务工作行业协会对部分人力资源服务企业2015年经营情况进行了调查统计。本报告依据统计结果，对协会所属会员单位的总体经营情况及各主要业态的发展现状进行了梳理和总结，在此基础上，对当前人力资源服务产业存在的问题进行了分析，对发展趋势进行了展望。
<<In order to learn about the operation of its membership units in 2015，the current situation and development trend of human resource service industry，China Association of Foreign Service Trades（CAFST）conducted a survey on the operation of a number of human resource service enterprises in 2015. Based on survey results，the overall operation of CAFST membership units and the current development of the human resource service industry was summarized. Existing problems and future prospects were also analyzed and discussed.
