旅游业作为我国经济发展新常态下新的增长点之一,在国民经济与社会发展中的重要战略地位日益凸显。随着“互联网+”和“旅游+”时代的到来,培养造就一支推动我国旅游业转型升级、快速发展的高素质旅游人才队伍成为当务之急。本报告基于对7省20地市旅游人才发展状况的相关调研,分析了当前旅游人才队伍建设和人才工作中存在的主要问题,总结了地方旅游人才队伍建设的实践探索和先进经验,并在此基础上,着眼于“十三五”时期建设世界旅游强国的目标任务,提出了加强我国旅游人才队伍建设的对策建议。
<<As one of the new driving force of the economic development in China under new normal,tourism gradually gained strategic importance in economic and social development of China. In an era of “Internet +” and “Tourism +”,it becomes a prioritized goal to cultivate quality tourism professionals to promote the transformation,upgrading and rapid development of tourism in China. This report analyses major problems emerging from talent management and cultivation,and summarizes good practices and experiences in local tourism professionals development,based on the field research and survey conducted in 20 cities of 7 provinces. This report also proposed related suggestions and solutions to strengthen the cultivation of tourism professionals in China,in response to the task of building China into a country with strong tourism industry required by the “13th Five-Year Plan”
