Based on a thorough analysis of the current situation and challenges of the development of medical professionals，this report introduces the exploration of central and local government in terms of talent construction，innovation of talent institutions and mechanism building. Related policy suggestions on current and future development strategies of medical personnel are proposed，taking new trend and requirement into consideration. This report also provides theoretical support to strengthening medical personnel construction，and promoting scientific level of medical personnel.
