In the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee，the party put forward “to promote the modernization of national governance systems and governance capacity”，and cultural work should also be correct understanding of the concept of “cultural management” to “cultural governance”. As the “cultural management” of “comprehensive reform”，at least to pay attention to three aspects of the deepening：the first is “arm’s distance” of management;the second is “negative list” of management;the third is “market effect” of management. In the field of “cultural governance” stage performing arts production，to pay attention to the modern transformation of the traditional stage performing arts，to achieve the effective integration of artistic elements and technological elements. This concept of integrated innovation need to establish，the sense of autonomy，cross-border awareness，collaborative awareness and integration of consciousness need to strengthen.
