本文讨论了提升创意产业价值和推动创意产业创新的商业模式,并且明确了促进创新的所需因素。笔者曾经同时在澳大利亚和中国香港的文化创意组织内部进行一项调查。调查结果凸显了创意组织发展过程中的障碍,笔者通过这些调查结果总结出了一种新型的商业模式框架,这个框架包括企业文化、观念传承、外交合作、团队精神和资源共享。
<<This paper explores business models that can enhance value and innovation in the creative industries and identify which factors are needed to foster innovation. A survey was conducted of managers within cultural and creative industries organisations in Australia and Hong Kong. The results of the survey highlighted key factors that contribute to organisational innovation and those which pose barriers to innovation. From these results a new business model framework is proposed with a focus on organisational culture,idea generation,relationships and collaborations,team work and resource sharing.
