During the year 2015-2016，the overall political situation in Oceania is relatively stable，although many countries have experienced the election and transfer of power，did not show political instability. In those countries，both economic development and the coexistence of frustration，low economic growth in a slow development，and showed significant differences. Focus on sustainable development，Oceania regional cooperation at all levels had moved forward. The relations between China and Oceania countries were relatively stable. Oceania countries welcomed the “the Belt and Road Initiatives” which proposed by China，they hope to take the high-speed train of China’s economic development.
