Stable economic prospects，good investment environment and bilateral cooperation between China and Qatar build the good base of “The Belt and Road”. Qatar 2022 Football World Cup，2030 National Vision and the low oil price era have become the good chance along “The Belt and Road”. However，it is not easy to build “The Belt and Road” between China and Qatar，facing some obstacles and challenges. In the future，the two sides should give full consideration to their strategic meeting points，build the connectivity of energy，infrastructure，finance，and strengthen multilateral cooperation with third party，so as to achieve mutual benefit and Win-Win.
