As one of projects of Wuhan City Community Sports Construction，Wuhan e Family Fitness Club，an important issue of Science and Education Department in Sports，is a integrated community sports service center，which is guided by market demands in accordance with the mode of “government investment，market operation” to create a set of residents’ physique monitoring，health risk assessment，scientific fitness guidance and other services. Based on the mode of being funded by city and district sports department and being provided sports sites by community，Wuhan e Family Fitness Club is also one of public welfare sports projects which is Adopted the way of government purchasing public sports services and professional sports companies operating the whole system. Introduced and analyzed this Club’s standardized investment mode，construction and operation management，on the basis of drawing lessons from its successful management idea and operation mode，this thesis aims to promote the development of the whole national fitness business of “wise，scientific fitness” and the city construction of intelligence，and to explore a path of innovation of “Internet + sports industry”.
