The provincial economy is a kind of regional economic type with distinct Chinese characteristics, which combines the different attributes of the socialist basic system and the market economy system, is an indispensable part of the socialist market economy in China, and the increasing of the provincial economy comprehensive competitive has aroused high attention of the theorists, academics and regional economic development strategy decision-makers.
