《加拿大食品安全法》的核心条款于2015年生效。为保证该法顺利、有效实施,加拿大食品安全监管机构以“加拿大食品安全行动计划”和“加拿大健康安全食品框架”为基本指引,在实施细则和单行法规的制定、修订,食品企业、行业协会、非政府组织参与治理,以及食品安全消费者教育等方面开展了大量具有创新性的实践。
<<The Safe Food for Canadians Act came into effect in 2015. To ensure the effective implementation of this law,the CFIA,under the guidance of Safe Food for Canadians Action Plan and Healthy and Safe Food for Canadians Framework,has made many efforts in drafting and amending implementation regulations,and facilitating the participation of food industry,consumers as well as nongovernmental organizations. In implementing the Food Safety Law of China which took effect on October 1,2015,China may draw on the CFIA’s work in the area of food safety.
