China’s PV industry development has reached a significant stage recently. On one hand，along with technological innovation，landing of multiple positive policies，PV industry especially the industry’s downstream faces great opportunities；on the other hand，heavy historical burden and financing difficulties are still obstacles which cannot be ignored. This paper analyzed the current PV industry development，searched for feasible financing models，explored business models for trust companies to enter PV industry，and discussed the feasible financing structures and key risk control methods.
