With the rapid growth of China’s trust industry in recent years，the informatization construction has also undergone giant transformation. The role which IT plays has changed from business supporting to business integration and driving. This paper elaborates current situations and major challenges of trust industry informatization construction from several perspectives，such as IT organizational architecture，IT human resource，information system construction，major collaborative suppliers，network infrastructure security and so on.
