Recently trust companies have all displayed several characteristics in equity structure，such as well-capitalized，highly-concentrated and frequently-changing. In the meantime，capital increase is also very common in trust industry. This paper begins with study on the status quo of equity structure and registered capital，summarizes the features of equity changes，and finally analyzes the influence of shareholders on the performance of trust companies.
