本报告在对科普能力指标体系相关文献进行研究的基础上,对地区企业科普能力进行了界定,构建了地区企业科普能力的理论模型和指标体系,利用主成分分析方法对全国31个省份的企业科普能力进行了定量分析和评价,为评价各地区企业科普能力的实际情况提供了途径。
<<In the paper,based on some relevant research literature concerning index system for science popularization,it gives a definition of science popularization capability for local enterprises,conjures its theoretical mode and index system,and makes an quantitative analysis and evaluation of science popularization capability for local enterprises from 31 provinces and municipalities under the jurisdiction of the Central Government by adopting the principal component analysis(it provides an important instrument for the measurement of the actual science popularization capability for various local enterprises).
