农村是基层的具体分类之一。多个中央文件聚焦“三农”问题,对农民科学素质水平提出了更高要求,也为农村科普的开展提供了政策依据。目前,农村科普的组织和队伍建设呈现网络化分级格局,仍需加大扶持力度。农村科普基础设施设备得到很大程度的改善,但各地发展不平衡的局面依旧存在。典型的农村科普培训和活动有三种类型,分别体现了一定的科学传播优势,但仍有改进空间。现阶段,我国农民科学素质水平相对较低,农村科普须依据农村人口类型及其特点展开,满足他们的生产生活需求。未来,面向农村的科普将更好地顺应现代农业的发展趋势和信息化潮流,致力于农民科学素质水平的快速提升。
<<The rural area falls within one specific classification of the grassroots areas. A number of documents issued by the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party highlight the issues having to do with agriculture,rural areas and farmers,this has set higher requirements for the improvement of scientific literacy for farmers,and provided policy basis for carrying out science popularization in the rural areas. The building of organization and personnel network is still imbalanced,which calls for strengthened efforts and further support. The development of science popularization facilities in the rural areas has improved significantly so far,however,the imbalanced development among various areas still remains. The featured science popularization training activities in the rural areas involve 3 types,respectively embodying the advantages of science popularization to a certain extent,there remains some room for its further improvement. Under the current times,scientific literacy for the farmers in China is still lingering at the lower level,science popularization shall be conducted according to the feature of the rural popularization,through which their requirements for life and production can be satisfied. Science popularization towards the rural areas in the future will be better in line with the trend of modern agriculture development and informationization,contributing to the ever increasing level of scientific literacy for the farmers.
