本文选择美国、英国、法国、德国、日本、新加坡等国家为参照,对这些国家在政府调控企业工资分配的基本状况和具体内容进行归纳。分析发现,近年来,这些发达国家调控企业工资政策的新发展趋势主要有:更多政策由直接干预转化为间接干预、更加重视加强国有企业高管薪酬监管,并逐步加强与其他收入分配政策的联合调控。通过归纳国外一些好的做法,对于改进完善我国现阶段工资调控体制机制有较好的借鉴意义。
<<This paper chooses the United States,Britain,France,Germany,Japan,Singapore and other countries as a reference,summarizing the basic situation and detailed content of regulating corporate wage distribution by government in these countries. Analysis found that,in recent years,some new trends appeared in these developed countries,including more direct intervention into policy by the indirect intervention,greater emphasis on strengthening the supervision of state-owned enterprises executive pay,and gradually strengthen joint regulation with other income distribution policies. Through summarizing some good practices abroad,it possesses important reference significance for the improvement of wage regulation system and mechanism in current stage.
