Employment assistance policies play an important role in promoting employment and economic development，maintaining social stability and realizing social equity. By priority support and help for employment difficulties，assistance policies provide reemployment security for them. However，whether the structure of employment assistance policies is reasonable，the management system is sound and normative，which lacks of scientific and standardized evaluation criteria. In this paper，based on national conditions，we will analyze the effectiveness and applicability of assistance policies by drawing on the successful practices of foreign countries，which will clear the reasonable objective scope and extent，raise the quality and efficiency of employment assistance，and improve the delicacy managent of employment assistance policies.
