Typical sharing economy such as ride sharing service companies are making use of a more flexible and efficient P2P work pattern,which is different from the employment pattern in traditional enterprises. Therefore,we need an innovative system of administration to cover this new type of work pattern,to improve the regulatory role of the market,to promote harmonious work relations in the background of “new economy”,to release the energy of sharing economy,so that more people can enjoy the convenience of sharing economy.
